نظرة عامة

Scope of the Report

In the mid-1990s, Reflow Oven in Japan has a trend of transferring to infrared + hot air heating. It is heated by 30% infrared and 70% hot air as heat carrier. Infrared Hot Air Reflow Oven effectively combines the advantages of infrared reflow welding and forced convection hot air reflow welding, and is an ideal heating method in the 21st century. It makes full use of the characteristics of strong penetration of infrared radiation, high thermal efficiency and power saving, and effectively overcomes the temperature difference and shielding effect of infrared reflow welding, and makes up for the influence of hot air reflow welding on the gas flow rate too fast.

This kind of reflow furnace is based on the IR furnace plus hot air to make the temperature in the furnace more uniform, different materials and colors absorb heat is different, that is, the Q value is different, and the temperature rise caused by it is also different. For example, the package of an SMD such as lC is black phenolic or epoxy, while the lead is white metal, and when simply heated, the temperature of the lead is lower than its black SMD body. With hot air, the temperature can be more uniform, and to overcome the difference in heat absorption and poor shadow, infrared + hot air reflow furnace has been widely used in the world.

Because the infrared ray will produce shading and color difference in different parts, it can also be blown into the hot air to reconcile the color difference and assist the deficiency of its dead Angle, and hot nitrogen is the most ideal in the hot air blown. The speed of convective heat transfer depends on the wind speed, but too much wind speed will cause the components to shift and promote the oxidation of the solder joint, and the wind speed is controlled at 1.Om /s~1.8ⅡI/S. There are two forms of hot air generation: axial fan generation (easy to form laminar flow, its movement causes the boundary between the temperature zone is not clear) and tangential fan generation (fan installed on the outside of the heater, generating panel vortex so that each temperature zone can be precisely controlled).
