Übersicht
Scope of the Report
As a surgical accessory of high-frequency surgical equipment, the radiofrequency ablation pressure catheter can transmit radiofrequency energy to the target tissue through blood vessels and cavities, and cut and ablate the target tissue. During the treatment process, this catheter generates high temperature through radiofrequency energy, causing specific cells (such as tumor cells or heart tissue with abnormal heart rhythm) to die or inactivate, thereby achieving the purpose of treatment.
According to the transmission method of radiofrequency energy, radiofrequency ablation pressure catheters can be divided into contact and non-contact types: the contact type requires direct contact with tumor tissue or target heart tissue to produce an ablation effect. The non-contact type can achieve radiofrequency energy transmission without contact through the principle of electromagnetic induction.
Radiofrequency ablation pressure catheters have the advantages of less trauma, significant efficacy, and easy operation. During the treatment process, the transmission and temperature of radiofrequency energy can be precisely controlled to minimize damage to healthy tissue. At the same time, this treatment method can also preserve the patient's normal tissue and reduce side effects during treatment.
Global key Radiofrequency Ablation Pressure Catheter players cover BD, VascoMed, Johnson & Johnson, Abbott, Medtronic, etc.
