Scope of the Report

A two-axis motorized turntable is a device used to realize the rotational movement of an object in a plane. It consists of a platform and two motorized drive shafts that enable horizontal and vertical rotation of objects. Two-axis motorized turntables usually consist of a fixed base and a rotatable platform. There are two motorized drive shafts mounted on the platform, one for horizontal rotation (often called the Azimuth shaft) and one for vertical rotation (often called the Elevation shaft). These axes can be controlled by electric drive systems and equipped with encoders or sensors to measure the angle of rotation. This device is mainly used to locate, orient and control the angle of objects. It is widely used in various fields, including optical systems, laser processing, astronomical observation, drone and robot control, etc. The two-axis electric turntable can realize the precise rotation of the object in the plane, so as to realize the precise control of the position and direction of the object. Through the combination of electric drive system and precision sensor, the two-axis electric turntable can realize high-precision angle control. It can precisely control the rotation angle and speed through the user interface or computer control system. Some advanced models may also feature automation, enabling predetermined rotational paths or scanning patterns.

Global key Two-Axis Electric Turntable players cover Haas Automation, Inc., DMG MORI Co., Ltd., Makino Milling Machine Co., Ltd., Okuma Corporation, FANUC Corporation, etc.
