Scope of the Report

Reinforced Geosynthetic Clay Liners are a type of Geosynthetic Clay Liners (GCLs), which are factory-made hydraulic barriers consisting of a layer of bentonite or other very low-permeability material supported by geotextiles and/or geomembranes, mechanically held together by needling, stitching, or chemical adhesives. RGLs are GCLs that have additional reinforcement features, such as a scrim layer, a textured coating, or a geomembrane backing, to increase their internal and interface shear strength and stability. RGLs are suitable for moderate to steep slopes and moderate- to high-load applications, where conventional GCLs may not perform adequately.

Global key Reinforced Geosynthetic Clay Liners players cover AGRU America, Terrafix Geosynthetics, CETCO, IEC Covers, Terre-Armée, etc.
