Scope of the Report

The global Engine Intermediate Casing market size is predicted to grow from US$ million in 2025 to US$ million in 2032; it is expected to grow at a CAGR of %from 2026 to 2032.

In aeroengines, the intermediate casing is the most important load-bearing component of the engine. It is equivalent to the skeleton of the human body. It directly affects the performance of the aeroengine and requires high reliability and long life. Casting titanium alloy intermediate casings is indispensable to modern aeroengines. Currently, only a few countries in the world have mastered the overall casting technology of intermediate casings. The intermediate casing is located in the middle of the aeroengine, between the fan casing and the high-pressure compressor. It is the connection and transition channel of the engine. It is the most important load-bearing structure of the engine at the heart of the hoisting between the engine and the aircraft. The thrust of the engine is mainly transmitted to the aircraft through the intermediate casing, the main thrust installation section and the auxiliary thrust installation section. The intermediate casing bears the overall weight of the engine, vibration, maneuvering overload, and complex forces with four degrees of freedom. Therefore, the intermediate casing needs to be closely integrated with the high-pressure compressor, low-pressure compressor, fulcrum bearing seat and other components, and the development requirements are very high.

Global key Engine Intermediate Casing players cover Titanium Metals Corporation, VSMPO-AVISMA, Toho Titanium, GKN Aerospace, PCC Structurals, etc.
