Scope of the Report
The global Liquid Rubber market size is predicted to grow from US$ 4,854 million in 2025 to US$ 6,732 million in 2032; it is expected to grow at a CAGR of 4.3% from 2026 to 2032.
Liquid rubber is a kind of viscous liquid with a relative molecular weight of about 2000-10000 at room temperature. After appropriate chemical reaction, it can form a three-dimensional network structure, so as to obtain oligomers with similar physical and mechanical properties as ordinary vulcanizates. The characteristics of liquid rubber are: one is that the molecular weight should be appropriately small, in order to maintain a flow state; The second is to be able to produce crosslinking, and the physical and mechanical properties of crosslinking to reach the level of ordinary vulcanizates. Liquid rubber in this report includes liquid silicone rubber, diene liquid rubber, chain olefin liquid rubber, polyurethane liquid rubber, liquid polysulfide rubber and liquid fluorine rubber.
On the production side, the global liquid rubber industry is characterized by a regional structure centered on China, with North America and Europe serving as important production bases, while Japan accounts for a relatively smaller share but maintains strong technological capabilities. Global production increased from approximately 768,000 tons in 2021 to around 955,000 tons in 2025, representing a CAGR of about 5.60% during 2021–2025. Global output is expected to reach approximately 1.006 million tons in 2026, up 5.32% year on year, and further increase to about 1.311 million tons by 2032, corresponding to a CAGR of approximately 4.51% during 2026–2032. China is the world’s largest liquid rubber production region, with output of approximately 408,000 tons in 2025, accounting for 42.72% of global production, significantly higher than North America at 19.99% and Europe at 19.16%. By 2032, China’s output is expected to reach approximately 592,000 tons, with its global share rising to 45.16%. The country is projected to record a CAGR of about 5.40% during 2026–2032, higher than the global average, indicating that new liquid rubber capacity and the industry’s production center are continuing to shift toward China. Growth in China is mainly driven by capacity expansion across multiple segments, including liquid polyurethane rubber, LSR, and liquid diene rubber, while domestic manufacturers are also strengthening their supply capabilities for automotive, electronics, medical, adhesives, and high-performance material applications.

Systematic collection from 500+ verified sources including SEC filings, industry databases (Bloomberg, Statista, OECD), regulatory filings, trade publications, patent databases, and company annual reports. AI-assisted extraction identifies relevant data points across 10,000+ documents per report.
Dual-validation approach: bottom-up sizing aggregates segment-level production, consumption, and trade data; top-down sizing cross-validates against macroeconomic indicators and total addressable market estimates. Discrepancies >5% trigger analyst review.
Company profiles built from public financial disclosures, product launches, M&A activity, job postings (as capability proxies), and supply chain mapping. Market share estimates triangulated across revenue, capacity, and shipment data.
CAGR projections use time-series regression on 5-10 years of historical data, adjusted for identified demand drivers (technology adoption curves, regulatory catalysts, demographic shifts) and demand inhibitors (cost barriers, substitution risk). Scenario modeling covers base, optimistic, and conservative cases.
All quantitative outputs reviewed by a domain-specialist analyst before publication. Data triangulation requires minimum 3 independent sources for every key figure. Reports undergo a structured peer review against our 47-point quality checklist covering methodology, data citations, logical consistency, and formatting standards.
