Scope of the Report

The global Dealcoholized Electronic Adhesive market size is predicted to grow from US$ 293 million in 2025 to US$ 429 million in 2032; it is expected to grow at a CAGR of 5.6% from 2026 to 2032.

In 2025, global sales volume of Dealcoholized Electronic Adhesive was approximately 25,000 tons, with an average global market price of around USD 12/kg. The gross margin of major manufacturers in the industry was approximately 25%–40%.

Dealcoholized Electronic Adhesive is a neutral silicone adhesive used for bonding, fixing, sealing and protection in electronic and electrical products. It is mainly supplied as a one-component room-temperature vulcanizing product, while a small portion adopts two-component systems. The product is based on polysiloxane and formulated with crosslinking agents, fillers, catalysts and functional additives. During curing, it releases small alcohol molecules such as methanol or ethanol, which is why it is referred to as “dealcoholized.” Compared with acetoxy-cure silicone adhesives, dealcoholized systems have lower corrosiveness and are more compatible with metal terminals, PCB circuit boards and electronic components. They can reduce the corrosion risk caused by acidic or certain oxime-cure systems in precision electronic parts, while offering good electrical insulation, moisture resistance, temperature resistance, aging resistance and flexibility.

Its upstream materials mainly include hydroxyl silicone oil, crosslinking agents, fumed silica, thermally conductive fillers, flame-retardant fillers, catalysts, coupling agents and packaging materials. The midstream segment covers electronic-grade silicone adhesive formulation design, mixing and dispersion, defoaming, filling and quality inspection. Downstream applications mainly include consumer electronics, automotive electronics, photovoltaic energy storage, power supply equipment, LED lighting, home appliance and industrial control. Typical uses include PCB component fixing, electronic module bonding, connector sealing, LED module fixing and insulation protection for power devices.

Global key Dealcoholized Electronic Adhesive players cover Dow, Momentive, Wacker, Henkel, Novagard, etc.
