Scope of the Report

The global Deep-processed Bovine Blood Products market size is predicted to grow from US$ 587 million in 2025 to US$ 837 million in 2032; it is expected to grow at a CAGR of 5.2% from 2026 to 2032.

Bovine heme is not ordinary protein powder, but rather the iron-containing active structure within hemoglobin. Hemoglobin itself is an iron-containing protein in red blood cells, responsible for oxygen transport; the "heme" in heme is an iron-containing porphyrin group bound to globin. Medical and biochemical literature also defines hemoglobin as a protein present in red blood cells, responsible for oxygen transport.

After cattle slaughter blood is collected through anticoagulation and centrifugation, the supernatant is plasma. This plasma is then sterilized, concentrated, and spray-dried to form bovine plasma protein powder.

Bovine hemoglobin powder comes from the red blood cell fraction after blood separation and can also be called bovine hemoglobin powder, spray-dried bovine hemoglobin powder, or spray-dried bovine erythrocyte powder. Whole blood, after centrifugation, is typically separated into two main components: plasma and red blood cells. The red blood cell fraction is then spray-dried to obtain hemoglobin powder.

Global key Deep-processed Bovine Blood Products players cover APC, VEOS Group, PRODUCTOS PILAR SA, Nutraprot S.A., JBS S.A., etc.
