Scope of the Report

The global Two-Component Dynamic Dispense Valve market size is predicted to grow from US$ 56.66 million in 2025 to US$ 96 million in 2032; it is expected to grow at a CAGR of 7.9% from 2026 to 2032.

In 2025, global sales of Two-Component Dynamic Dispense Valves are estimated at approximately 11,000 sets, with a mainstream ex-factory average price of around USD 5,265 per set. The gross margin of major manufacturers in the industry is approximately 35%–50%.

A Two-Component Dynamic Dispense Valve is a precision dispensing valve used for discharge control, active mixing, and coating of AB two-component adhesives. It is usually used together with metering pumps, material supply systems, or automated dispensing equipment to achieve quantitative feeding and stable mixing of two-component materials. The product typically consists of dual inlet channels for components A and B, a valve opening and closing mechanism, a dynamic mixing chamber, a stirring shaft or mixing core, a drive motor, a dispensing outlet, and either a cleaning structure or replaceable mixing components. Compared with a Two-Component Static Dispense Valve, its core feature is that the stirring element is driven by a pneumatic motor or electric servo mechanism to rotate, enabling active forced mixing of the two adhesive components. Therefore, it is more suitable for two-component materials with high viscosity, large ratio differences, high filler content, or difficult mixing characteristics, such as polyurethane adhesive, silicone, epoxy AB adhesive, thermally conductive potting compound, foamed sealing adhesive, and structural adhesive. It can be used in processes such as potting, sealing, coating, bonding, foaming, and filling.

Its upstream supply chain mainly includes stainless steel, aluminum alloy, engineering plastics, seals, precision valve cores, stirring shafts, mixing chambers, pneumatic motors, servo motors, bearings, sensors, and control components. Among them, wear resistance of the mixing chamber, stability of the stirring drive, sealing reliability, cleaning convenience, and dispensing control accuracy directly affect product performance. Downstream applications mainly include consumer electronics, industrial electronics, automotive components, semiconductor packaging, new energy batteries, photovoltaic equipment, and energy storage equipment. The product is particularly suitable for automated production lines requiring continuous operation, large flow output, high-viscosity adhesive processing, and highly consistent mixing. With increasing demand for thermally conductive potting of new energy batteries, automotive electronics sealing, industrial module encapsulation, and high-end automated dispensing, Two-Component Dynamic Dispense Valves are gaining increasing application value in mid- to high-end two-component fluid control equipment.

Global key Two-Component Dynamic Dispense Valve players cover Graco, Nordson EFD, Precision Valve & Automation, DOPAG, Shenzhen Second Intelligent Equipment, etc.
