概観
Scope of the Report
Bottom discharge valve is a discharge valve specially used for the bottom of the reactor, which can realize the rapid and safe discharge of the medium in the reactor. The valve is usually installed at the bottom outlet of the reactor, and the outflow of the medium is controlled by rotating or lifting the valve disc.
The design of the bottom discharge valve takes full account of the characteristics of the medium in the reactor and the requirements of the working environment. Its valve body is usually made of corrosion-resistant and high-temperature resistant materials to ensure that it can still maintain good performance under harsh working conditions. At the same time, the sealing surface of the valve disc also uses special wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials to ensure the sealing performance of the valve.
During operation, the valve disc of the bottom discharge valve can be opened and closed by rotating or lifting. When it is necessary to discharge, the operator can drive the valve disc to rotate or lift by manual or electric means to create a gap between the valve disc and the valve seat, thereby allowing the medium to flow out. When the discharge is completed, the operator drives the valve disc back to its original position, so that the valve disc fits tightly with the valve seat, thereby closing the valve.
The bottom discharge valve has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation, and reliable sealing. It is widely used in reactors in the petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries. At the same time, since it can achieve rapid discharge of the medium, it also has high application value in some occasions that require rapid response.
Global key Bottom Discharge Valve players cover Lapar, DBV Valve, Simple Valves, LUFKIN, Grande-tek, etc.
