概観
Scope of the Report
Biological Cry-Electron Microscopy refers to the technology of using transmission electron microscope to observe samples at low temperature. The electron light source energy penetrates the sample and the ice layer nearby, uses the detector and lens system to image and record the scattering signal, and finally performs signal processing to obtain the sample. Structure. After the samples to be tested are subjected to low-temperature freezing, fracture, and coating sample preparation, etc., the internal temperature can be as low as -185°C in the cold stage inside the electron microscope through the cryotransfer technology. The sample is observed in a high vacuum state, which improves the resolution and can fracture the sample, but the cost and technical requirements are relatively high.
Global key Biological Cry-Electron Microscopy players cover Direct Electron, Thermo Fisher Scientific, etc.
