概観
Scope of the Report
The global Solid Resilient Tires market size is predicted to grow from US$ 4,610 million in 2025 to US$ 6,833 million in 2032; it is expected to grow at a CAGR of 5.8% from 2026 to 2032.
In 2025, global Solid Resilient Tire output reached about 32 million units and global capacity of around 36 million units. The average price is about USD 140 per unit, with gross margins near 31%. Solid Resilient Tires are non-pneumatic industrial tires made entirely from solid rubber or multi-layer rubber compounds, designed to provide high load-bearing capacity, puncture resistance, durability, and stable operation without the risk of air-pressure loss. They are commonly constructed using two or three functional layers, such as a wear-resistant tread compound, a resilient/cushion intermediate layer for shock absorption and heat dissipation, and a hard base compound reinforced with steel bead wires or other mounting structures to secure the tire to the wheel rim. Compared with pneumatic tires, solid resilient tires are particularly suited to forklifts, industrial trucks, material-handling vehicles, airport ground-support equipment, port machinery, mining and construction equipment, and other applications involving heavy loads, frequent starts and stops, abrasive surfaces, or environments with a high risk of puncture. The supply chain begins with upstream materials including natural rubber, synthetic rubber (such as SBR, BR and specialty elastomers), carbon black, silica, process oils, sulfur and curing agents, antioxidants, reinforcing fibers, steel bead wire and other additives; midstream manufacturers perform rubber compounding, component preparation, extrusion/calendering, tire building, molding, vulcanization, trimming, inspection and performance testing to produce finished solid resilient tires; downstream distribution occurs through tire manufacturers' direct-sales networks, industrial tire dealers, forklift and material-handling equipment OEMs, wheel-and-tire assembly suppliers and aftermarket channels, ultimately serving warehousing and logistics, manufacturing, ports and terminals, airports, construction, mining, recycling, automotive production and other heavy-duty industrial operations.
The Solid Resilient Tires market is expected to benefit from the continued expansion of warehousing, logistics, e-commerce fulfillment, manufacturing automation, ports and container terminals, and material-handling equipment fleets, particularly the growing installed base of forklifts and other industrial vehicles requiring highly durable, low-maintenance tires. Demand is supported by solid resilient tires’ puncture-proof construction, high load capacity, long service life, reduced downtime, and lower maintenance requirements compared with pneumatic tires, making them attractive for intensive multi-shift operations and environments containing sharp debris or abrasive surfaces. Additional growth opportunities come from increasing adoption of electric forklifts, automated guided vehicles (AGVs), autonomous material-handling equipment, airport ground-support equipment, and specialized industrial vehicles, which create demand for low-rolling-resistance, low-vibration, high-resilience and non-marking tire compounds. Product innovation is also shifting toward multi-layer resilient structures, heat-resistant compounds, energy-efficient tread designs, anti-static/conductive tires, oil- and chemical-resistant formulations, and non-marking tires for food, pharmaceutical, electronics and clean industrial environments. Meanwhile, industrialization and infrastructure investment in emerging markets, expansion of ports and logistics centers, stricter workplace safety requirements, fleet operators' increasing focus on total cost of ownership, and recurring aftermarket replacement demand provide additional long-term growth drivers for the global Solid Resilient Tires market.

Dual-validation approach: bottom-up sizing aggregates segment-level production, consumption, and trade data; top-down sizing cross-validates against macroeconomic indicators and total addressable market estimates. Discrepancies >5% trigger analyst review.
Company profiles built from public financial disclosures, product launches, M&A activity, job postings (as capability proxies), and supply chain mapping. Market share estimates triangulated across revenue, capacity, and shipment data.
CAGR projections use time-series regression on 5-10 years of historical data, adjusted for identified demand drivers (technology adoption curves, regulatory catalysts, demographic shifts) and demand inhibitors (cost barriers, substitution risk). Scenario modeling covers base, optimistic, and conservative cases.
All quantitative outputs reviewed by a domain-specialist analyst before publication. Data triangulation requires minimum 3 independent sources for every key figure. Reports undergo a structured peer review against our 47-point quality checklist covering methodology, data citations, logical consistency, and formatting standards.
