概観

Scope of the Report

Fiber core steel wire rope is composed of a steel wire core and a covering layer. The core is made of fiber material instead of steel wire, and the outer layer is woven from high-quality steel wire. This design allows the fiber core steel wire rope to be lightweight while maintaining high strength, abrasion resistance, weather resistance and flexibility.

Compared with ordinary steel wire ropes, fiber-core steel wire ropes have lighter weight and better flexibility, which can reduce workers' labor intensity during use, improve production efficiency, and avoid damage and danger caused by the use of steel wire ropes. In addition, the outer surface of fiber-core wire ropes is often covered with a thermoplastic polymer layer, which further reduces surface wear and controls noise during use.

Fiber core steel wire rope has a wide range of applicability and can be used to lift heavy objects. Especially when lifting mechanical equipment with similar weight, its stability, strength and wear resistance can provide better results. Fiber core steel wire ropes are widely used in hoisting machinery, elevators, ropeways and other situations that require smooth operation and less noise.

Global key Fiber Core Wire Rope players cover Kiswire, Bridon-Bekaert The Ropes Group, WireCo World Group, Brugg, Teufelberger, etc.
