概観

Scope of the Report

The electronic parking caliper is an electronic component used in the parking brake system, usually used to replace the traditional handbrake and foot brake systems. This system implements the vehicle's parking brake function through an electronic control unit (ECU) and an electric actuator. Electronic parking calipers are commonly used in electric power braking systems and can easily activate or release braking force through a button or switch when the vehicle is parked, and eliminate the need to manually operate a traditional mechanical handbrake handle. In addition, electronic parking calipers are often integrated with other vehicle safety systems such as brake force distribution (EBD) and anti-lock braking systems (ABS) to achieve safer and more reliable parking braking effects. The emergence of electronic parking calipers has improved driver comfort and convenience, and can also realize some additional functions through intelligent control systems, such as automatic release of brakes. This technology is already widely adopted in many modern cars and has become an important part of the driver experience and vehicle safety.

Global key Electronic Parking Caliper players cover ZF TRW, TEI Racing, Aisin, Continental, Brembo, etc.
