개요

Scope of the Report

The global Steep Inclined Conveyor Belt market size is predicted to grow from US$ 368 million in 2025 to US$ 532 million in 2032; it is expected to grow at a CAGR of 5.5% from 2026 to 2032.

In 2024, the global output of large-angle conveyor belts will reach 3,765 kilometers, with an average selling price of US$95/meter.

The steep-angle conveyor belt is a special conveyor belt equipment. The steep-angle conveyor belt is mainly composed of three parts: base belt, sidewall and diaphragm. Among them, the sidewall is designed to be corrugated so that it can bypass the roller and prevent the material from slipping and scattering; the diaphragm is used to support the material. In order to achieve steep-angle conveying, a T-type or TC-type design is usually adopted. The sidewall and the diaphragm are connected to the base belt by secondary vulcanization, and this connection method has a high connection strength. The base belt of the steep-angle conveyor belt consists of four parts: upper cover rubber, lower cover rubber, belt core and transverse rigid layer. The thickness of the upper cover rubber is generally 36mm, and the thickness of the lower cover rubber is generally 1.54.5mm. The belt core material bears tension and can be cotton canvas (CC), nylon canvas (NN), polyester canvas (EP) or steel rope core (ST). The steep-angle conveyor belt can realize material transportation at a larger angle, with an inclination range of 0°~90°, which significantly improves the transportation efficiency.

The steep-angle conveyor belt industry chain has established a closed-loop "materials-manufacturing-application" ecosystem through upstream material innovation, midstream process upgrades, and downstream application development. It will continue to evolve towards greater efficiency, intelligence, and environmental friendliness, becoming a key technological support for bulk material transportation.
