Scope of the Report

Multi-busbar string welding machine is a device used to weld multiple busbar strings. The busbar string is the part of a plastic injection mold used to inject molten plastic into the cavity in the mold. Multi-busbar string welding machines are usually used in large injection molds and can weld multiple busbar strings at the same time to improve production efficiency. Multi-busbar stringer usually consists of multiple welding heads, each of which can be operated independently. During the welding process, multiple welding heads can weld multiple main grid strings at the same time, thereby achieving efficient production. This kind of equipment usually has an automated control system that can perform automated welding operations according to set parameters. The working principle of the multi-busbar string welding machine is to contact the preheated welding head to the busbar string so that it melts and connects with the cavity in the mold. After welding is completed, the welding head will automatically separate and prepare for the next welding. This kind of equipment usually has a high-precision temperature control system to ensure temperature control and stability during the welding process.

Global key Multi-busbar Series Welding Machine players cover KIANDE, Applied Materials, ASML, Lam Research, Tokyo Electron, etc.
