Scope of the Report

The global Metallurgical Furnace market size is predicted to grow from US$ 2,906 million in 2025 to US$ 7,861 million in 2032; it is expected to grow at a CAGR of 15.6% from 2026 to 2032.

A metallurgical furnace, more commonly referred to as a furnace, is a device used to heat and melt metal ore to remove gangue. The heat energy to fuel a furnace may be supplied directly by fuel combustion, by electricity such as the electric arc furnace, or through induction heating in induction furnaces.

April 2023: As per the European Commission, it adopted the European Climate Law, which raises the EU’s target of reducing net greenhouse gas emissions by at least 55% by 2030 (from the current 40%) and legally binding climate neutrality by 2050. The Climate Law is part of the European Commission"s European Green Deal, the EU’s roadmap towards climate neutrality. Further, the EU"s Emissions Trading System (ETS) aims to reduce the industry"s carbon emissions by obliging companies to hold a permit for each tonne of CO2 being emitted.
