개요

Scope of the Report

The global High-density MDO-PE Film market size is predicted to grow from US$ 404 million in 2025 to US$ 714 million in 2032; it is expected to grow at a CAGR of 8.6% from 2026 to 2032.

High-density MDO-PE films refer to a film made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and processed by MDO (Machine Direction Orientation). The MDO process is a processing method that stretches plastic film in the machine direction to enhance its performance. This is a post-extrusion process. The MDO stretching equipment is completed by 8-12 rolls through four stages of preheating, stretching, annealing, and cooling. The MDO treatment can effectively control the stretching rate of the film in the machine direction, so that the film has better tensile properties, dimensional stability and surface flatness in the machine direction. This film usually has high strength, stiffness and wear resistance, so it is widely used in various industries.

Global manufacturers of Positive Temperature Coefficient (PTC) Thermistors include UPM Raflatac, Adapa Group, Avery Dennison, MJW International, Walki Plasbel, Longdapac and Guangzhou Noveland and etc. And the top five manufacturers account for about 41% of the market share. Asia-Pacific is the largest market with a share of about 38%, followed by Europe and North America with 30% and 25% respectively. In terms of product type, Blown Films is the largest segment, accounting for about 58% of the share.
