개요
Scope of the Report
PU tube is a pipe made of polyurethane material with excellent physical and chemical properties. This kind of pipeline is widely used in transportation pipelines in petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food and other fields. Its main features are flame retardant, high wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, etc. PU tube are composed of three parts: inner layer, reinforcement layer and outer layer. The inner layer is generally made of polyester, polyether and other materials. The reinforcement layer is between the inner and outer layers. It is generally made of steel wire, fiber, polyester cloth or polyester thread. material, while the outer layer uses polyurethane. These properties make PU tube more and more widely used in industrial production processes.
The global PU tube market is expected to grow at an average CAGR of 5% per year over the next five years, primarily due to increasing demand for high-performance materials and technological advancements. In China, the development of PU tube is driven by the increase in population, automobile industry, building energy conservation, environmental protection requirements, and increasing market demand. The polyurethane industry is facing a new situation of slowing growth and accelerating structural adjustment. In the future, industry development will increasingly rely on innovation and improvement of technical capabilities. The "New Industry Standardization Pilot Project Implementation Plan (2023-2035)" issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology mentions the need to develop advanced polymer material standards such as advanced petrochemical and chemical materials, polyurethane materials, and study performance characterization and testing method standards. This shows that China attaches great importance to technological innovation and quality improvement of polyurethane materials. Overall, the PU tube market is showing a rapid growth trend globally.

Dual-validation approach: bottom-up sizing aggregates segment-level production, consumption, and trade data; top-down sizing cross-validates against macroeconomic indicators and total addressable market estimates. Discrepancies >5% trigger analyst review.
Company profiles built from public financial disclosures, product launches, M&A activity, job postings (as capability proxies), and supply chain mapping. Market share estimates triangulated across revenue, capacity, and shipment data.
CAGR projections use time-series regression on 5-10 years of historical data, adjusted for identified demand drivers (technology adoption curves, regulatory catalysts, demographic shifts) and demand inhibitors (cost barriers, substitution risk). Scenario modeling covers base, optimistic, and conservative cases.
All quantitative outputs reviewed by a domain-specialist analyst before publication. Data triangulation requires minimum 3 independent sources for every key figure. Reports undergo a structured peer review against our 47-point quality checklist covering methodology, data citations, logical consistency, and formatting standards.
