개요

Scope of the Report

Diacetate yarn is a yarn made of diacetate fiber. Diacetate yarn is made from triacetate cellulose (esterification degree of 230-250, soluble in acetone) as raw material, and is obtained by spinning diacetate cellulose obtained by partial saponification. The wood pulp is made from trees grown for many years, and after removing impurities, it is treated with acetic anhydride to form cellulose ester. Subsequently, acetate filaments of cellulose fibers, namely diacetate yarns, are formed through processes such as dissolution, degassing, spinning, coagulation, drawing, and winding. Diacetate yarns have good hygroscopicity and a high moisture regain (at a relative temperature of 65%, the moisture regain of diacetate is 6.5%). At the same time, its dyeing performance is better than that of triacetate, and it can generally be dyed at a temperature of 85~100℃. The chemical properties of diacetate yarns are stable and resistant to sunlight, but their strength and wear resistance are relatively poor. Diacetate yarns resemble real silk, with a soft feel, bright colors, and beautiful appearance. The filaments have an elegant luster and good drape.

The textile industry is the main application area of cellulose acetate yarn. With the increasing demand for high-quality textiles, the cellulose acetate yarn market will be further developed. With the continuous advancement of science and technology, the production process and quality of cellulose acetate yarn are constantly improving. For example, the emergence of nano cellulose acetate tows, which have higher strength and compressive resistance, will further promote market development. In addition, with the increasing demand for high-quality fiber materials in the textile industry, cellulose acetate yarn, as a new material with high strength and high toughness, will be widely used. By continuously improving product quality and technical content, increasing product added value, and meeting the ever-increasing needs of customers, it will become an important direction for market development. In summary, the cellulose acetate yarn market has broad development prospects and potential.
