Scope of the Report

With the continuous development of new energy technology, lithium battery processing technology is becoming more and more mature, and the processing cost of batteries is also reducing. With the growth of market share, lithium batteries have gradually established a dominant position in consumer electronics and original production equipment. And it has been applied in the fields of aviation, aerospace, navigation, artificial satellite and military communication equipment and vehicles. The progress of lithium battery technology will not only accelerate the development of 3C products, but also promote the development of national defense and telecommunication technology.

Lithium batteries are generally divided into two categories: liquid lithium batteries and solid lithium batteries. Solid-state lithium batteries are what we call polymer lithium batteries or plastic particle batteries. There are three different packagings for liquid lithium batteries, including steel shells, aluminum shells and plastic shells. Polymer lithium battery is a colloidal electrolyte lithium battery using soft packaging. Polymer lithium battery not only has high energy and long life, but also has high reliability and processability. The positive and negative electrode materials of polymer lithium batteries are the same as those of liquid lithium batteries. The negative electrode materials are generally made of carbon, graphite and other materials, while the positive electrode can be made of materials such as transition metal oxides.

The application of military lithium batteries covers land and soldier systems, army tanks, special communication equipment, sea submarines, underwater robots, unmanned reconnaissance aircraft, satellites, spaceships and many other arms. The energy density, endurance time, and volume weight of the power supply of military equipment are important factors affecting the combat capability of troops. Hammer batteries have high energy density, small size, light weight, long cycle life, small self-discharge rate, no memory effect, and low temperature performance. Good, reliable use, low maintenance cost, fast charging, long discharge time with high current and many other advantages, it is the first choice for military equipment power supply.

Global key Military Lithium Battery players cover Saft, EaglePicher Technologies, GS YUASA, Exide Technologies, Enersys, etc.
