Scope of the Report

The global Egg-Collecting Robot market size is predicted to grow from US$ 150 million in 2025 to US$ 443 million in 2032; it is expected to grow at a CAGR of 16.8% from 2026 to 2032.

Egg-collecting robots are automated devices used in poultry farming (such as chicken and duck farms). They are primarily used for the automatic collection, transfer, and preliminary processing of eggs, replacing manual egg-collecting tasks.

The core of an egg-collecting robot consists of five modules: an autonomous mobile platform, an AI vision recognition system, a flexible end effector (egg-collecting claw/suction cup), an egg buffer and conveying mechanism, and a central control system. Through a closed-loop process of visual egg positioning, autonomous navigation and obstacle avoidance, flexible and non-destructive grasping, and centralized storage and conveying, it achieves fully automated, unmanned, and low-damage egg collection from the laying nest, the ground, the cage, to the collection device. Its core objectives are to reduce labor costs, improve egg-collecting efficiency, reduce egg breakage, and ensure egg quality.

Upstream core components of egg-collecting robots include motors and drive systems, reducers and transmission mechanisms, batteries and power management systems, sensors, control chips, and embedded systems. Downstream applications are mainly in poultry farms, livestock farms, and agricultural cooperatives.

In 2025, the global sales volume of egg-collecting robots is expected to reach 3,400 units, with a production capacity of approximately 5,800 units. The average selling price is US$45,000 per unit, and the average gross profit margin is 25%-30%.

Global key Egg-Collecting Robot players cover Big Dutchman, Vencomatic Group, Moba, Jansen Poultry Equipment, Facco & C. Spa, etc.
