Scope of the Report

The global Stirring Mill market size is predicted to grow from US$ 3,131 million in 2025 to US$ 3,894 million in 2032; it is expected to grow at a CAGR of 3.2% from 2026 to 2032.

A stirred mill, also known as a stirred grinder, is a mill with grinding media. It drives the grinding media to stir through the stirring shaft, so that the grinding media is in an irregular state of internal porous type. In this state, collision and shearing, as well as irregular movement, occur between the grinding media and the particles, thereby breaking up the particles to achieve the purpose of refinement. The working principle of the stirred mill is mainly based on impact force and tangential shear force. The stirring shaft drives the grinding media to stir at high speed in the cylinder, forming a dynamic porous state, that is, an irregular state of internal porous type. In this state, strong collision and shearing, as well as irregular movement, occur between the grinding media and the particles, thereby achieving effective crushing of the particles.

Global key Stirring Mill players cover Union Process, Metso Outotec, NETZSCH, FLSmidth, Xiamen TOB New ENERGY Technology, etc.
