Vista general

Scope of the Report

Environmentally Friendly Electron Accelerators can use accelerated electron beams to irradiate sewage, etc. to decompose or degrade pollutants and denature harmful microorganisms to achieve the purpose of disinfection and purification.

Compared with traditional sewage treatment methods, electron beam sewage treatment is cleaner, more efficient and more economical. Taking printing and dyeing wastewater treatment as an example, there are many types of dyes and auxiliaries, so the content of pollutants is complex. The recovery rate of ordinary treatment methods is low, and in most cases the treated water only meets the discharge standards, making it difficult to utilize resources, and there is the problem of secondary pollution from chemical reagents. After the introduction of electron beam treatment technology, the efficiency of wastewater treatment can be greatly improved. Compared with traditional methods, its efficiency can be increased by 30-40 times, pollutant indicators can be reduced by about half, and it can be directly reused after filtration. In addition, through organic combination with traditional physical, chemical, biological and other methods, electron beam processing technology can form a highly feasible and economical solution.
