Scope of the Report

The global EO and PO Block Copolymers market size is predicted to grow from US$ 1,747 million in 2025 to US$ 2,399 million in 2032; it is expected to grow at a CAGR of 4.7% from 2026 to 2032.

EO/PO copolymers are a range of non-ionic low-foaming surfactants made by combining EO and PO with Dipropylene Glycol.

EO/PO block copolymer are well known surfactant. Commonly, EO-PO block copolymer contains polyoxypropylene as hydrophobic content and polyoxyethylene as hydrophilic protion. EO-PO block copolymers are very low toxic due to high molecular weight. They are used as detergents, emulsifiers, dispersants, lubricants, foamers and in paper processing.

The main production and consumption areas of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide block copolymers are mainly concentrated in North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific. Among them, the United States is the main producer with advanced chemical industry and technology. Germany, France and the United Kingdom and other countries occupy an important position in the production of epoxy block copolymers. China and Japan are important producers with strong manufacturing capabilities and market demand.

On the basis of product type, 10%EO represent the largest share of the worldwide EO/PO Block Copolymers market, with 24% share. In the applications, Detergents segment is estimated to be the largest end-use industry segment of the market, with 50% share of global market. The increasing emphasis on cleanliness and hygiene among consumers across the globe is driving the demand for high-efficiency detergents. The rapid growth of emerging markets, especially in Asia and Latin America, is driving the demand for detergents, which in turn is driving the market growth for EO/PO block copolymers.
