Scope of the Report

The global Remote-mounted Temperature Transmitter market size is predicted to grow from US$ 1,315 million in 2025 to US$ 1,935 million in 2032; it is expected to grow at a CAGR of 5.7% from 2026 to 2032.

In 2025, global sales volume of Remote-mounted Temperature Transmitter was approximately 4.2 million units, with an average market price of around USD 320 per unit. The gross margin of major manufacturers in the industry was approximately 30%–45%.

Remote-mounted Temperature Transmitter is an industrial temperature signal conversion device in which the temperature sensor and transmitter module are installed separately. It is mainly used to convert field temperature signals from RTDs, thermocouples, and other sensors into standard output signals such as 4–20 mA, HART, RS485/Modbus, or fieldbus, enabling PLC, DCS, and host computer systems to perform monitoring, alarm, and control functions. Compared with integrated temperature transmitters, Remote-mounted Temperature Transmitter allows the electronic module to be installed on a DIN rail, in a field enclosure, or inside a control cabinet, keeping it away from measuring points with high temperature, strong vibration, severe corrosion, humidity, or high explosion-proof requirements. It offers advantages such as flexible installation, convenient maintenance, stronger anti-interference capability, and better adaptability to complex operating conditions.

Its upstream mainly includes RTDs, thermocouples, signal conditioning chips, A/D converters, isolation modules, communication modules, power supply modules, terminals, enclosures, display units, PCBs, and explosion-proof and protective structural components. Its downstream applications mainly cover Petrochemical, Power, Pharmaceutical, Metallurgy, Water Treatment, and Other fields, where it is used for temperature monitoring, signal conversion, interlock protection, and automation control in pipelines, storage tanks, reactors, boilers, heat exchangers, pumping stations, furnaces, and process control systems.

Global key Remote-mounted Temperature Transmitter players cover Emerson, ABB, Endress+Hauser, Yokogawa, Honeywell, etc.
