Scope of the Report

The global Fluorinated Liquid for Liquid Cooling market size is predicted to grow from US$ 1,023 million in 2025 to US$ 1,514 million in 2032; it is expected to grow at a CAGR of 5.9% from 2026 to 2032.

Electronic fluorinated coolant has good chemical inertness and will not cause any corrosion when in contact with electronic components. It is widely used as an electronic testing fluid because no specific cleaning steps are required after use. Due to its excellent thermal conductivity, it is also used as a stable coolant. Compared with air cooling technology, immersion liquid cooling technology has much higher efficiency: the specific heat capacity of the liquid is large, and it can maintain a relatively constant temperature during the heat transfer process; At the same time, liquids can directly take away the heat of IT equipment, with high heat dissipation efficiency, allowing CPU, GPU chips or accessories to operate at high frequencies, which can improve the integration or density of the entire IT equipment. Fluorinated liquid for liquid cooling usually refers to a type of organic compound containing fluorine, in which some or all of the hydrogen atoms in the molecule are replaced by fluorine atoms, forming a unique chemical structure. These compounds generally have good comprehensive heat transfer performance, can achieve no flash point and non flammability, and exhibit strong inertness due to the large C-F bond energy, making them difficult to react with other substances.

Global key Fluorinated Liquid for Liquid Cooling players cover 3M, Solvay, AGC, Chemours, Zhejiang Juhua, etc.
