Scope of the Report

The global Phase Change Heater market size is predicted to grow from US$ 725 million in 2025 to US$ 976 million in 2032; it is expected to grow at a CAGR of 4.4% from 2026 to 2032.

In 2025, global phase change heater production reached approximately 4118 units, the average price is 180 k usd/unit. Phase change heater are commonly used indirect heating equipment in oil and gas gathering and transportation stations. A certain amount of phase change working fluid is sealed inside the furnace. The flame or flue gas first heats the working fluid to vaporize it. The steam condenses on the heat exchange surface, releasing latent heat, and then transfers the heat to the heated medium such as crude oil, water, or methanol in the coil. Because the working fluid circulates in a closed cavity and the heated medium does not directly contact the flame, it is called "phase change" or "indirect heating." Its thermal efficiency is higher than that of traditional fire-tube furnaces, and the heated medium is less prone to local overheating and coking. It is often designed as a vacuum phase change furnace.

The gross profit margin of phase change heater is around 26%.

Global key Phase Change Heater players cover Sigma Thermal (USA), Zeeco (USA), Heatec (USA), OGI Process Equipment (USA), Tulsa Heaters Midstream (USA), etc.
