Scope of the Report

The global Fixed-Wing UAV Propellers market size is predicted to grow from US$ 103 million in 2025 to US$ 149 million in 2032; it is expected to grow at a CAGR of 5.5% from 2026 to 2032.

A fixed-wing UAV propeller is a rotating component installed in the power system of a fixed-wing UAV, used to convert the rotational power of the engine or motor into propulsion (thrust or pull). It accelerates air backward through blade rotation, generating a reaction force according to Newton's third law, thus propelling the UAV forward and enabling flight.

The upstream of the industry chain mainly includes suppliers of basic materials such as carbon fiber, glass fiber reinforced composites, engineering plastics (such as nylon and PA66), epoxy resin, and metal inserts. It also includes mold manufacturers, prepreg production companies, and precision molding equipment manufacturers. These links determine the basic strength, weight, and aerodynamic performance of the propeller. The midstream is the propeller design and manufacturing stage, encompassing aerodynamic design, mold development, carbon fiber layup molding, injection molding, dynamic balancing, and quality inspection. It mainly produces fixed-pitch propellers, variable-pitch propellers, and multi-bladed high-efficiency propellers. The downstream is widely used in fixed-wing UAV systems, including industrial mapping UAVs, power and oil/gas inspection UAVs, agricultural plant protection UAVs, and long-endurance logistics UAVs.

In 2025, global sales of fixed-wing drone propellers will reach 198,000 units, with a production capacity of approximately 283,000 units. The average selling price is US$530 per unit, and the average gross profit margin is 30%-40%.

Global low-altitude economic development policies continue to drive the expansion of the drone industry. China, the United States, and Europe are all promoting the commercial operation of drones and the development of BVLOS (Beyond Visual Line of Sight) standards, thereby indirectly driving the growth in demand for long-endurance fixed-wing drones. The continued growth in military drone procurement is also a significant driving force. At the same time, countries are placing great emphasis on the security of the supply chain for key aerospace materials and composite materials, promoting the localization and high reliability of propeller materials and manufacturing.
