Scope of the Report

The global PP/PE/PLA/PET Plastic Sheet ExtrusionProduction Line market size is predicted to grow from US$ 1,104 million in 2025 to US$ 1,750 million in 2032; it is expected to grow at a CAGR of 7.0% from 2026 to 2032.

In 2025, the global production of PP/PE/PLA/PET plastic sheet extrusion production lines reached 6,270 sets, with an average selling price of US$180,000 per set. PP/PE/PLA/PET plastic sheet extrusion production lines are complete lines of equipment that continuously manufacture sheets from plastic resin granules, recycled materials, or recycled sheet scraps through feeding, drying/crystallization, extrusion plasticizing, melt filtration, metering and pressure stabilization, T-die forming, calendering and thickness setting, cooling, traction, slitting, and winding, or directly connected to a thermoforming station. The core application is packaging, especially for food and daily chemical products such as cups, boxes, lids, trays, fruit and vegetable boxes, meat trays, blister packaging, and stationery packaging. Secondary applications extend to automotive parts, industrial sheets, consumer product casings, and some building and decorative panels. The upstream mainly includes PP, PE, PET, PLA resins and recycled bottle flakes/recycled sheets, as well as color masterbatches, impact modifiers, anti-fogging/antistatic additives, etc.; the midstream consists of complete line integrators; and the downstream connects with sheet processing plants, thermoforming plants, food packaging plants, cup and box tray manufacturers, automotive interior parts manufacturers, and industrial sheet processing plants. Gross profit margins are approximately 25%–35%.

Global key PP/PE/PLA/PET Plastic Sheet ExtrusionProduction Line players cover SML, KUHNE Group, AMUT SpA, Davis-Standard, MEAF Machines B.V., etc.
