Vue d'ensemble

Scope of the Report

The global Electric Coffee Pot market size is predicted to grow from US$ 4,124 million in 2025 to US$ 6,875 million in 2032; it is expected to grow at a CAGR of 7.8% from 2026 to 2032.

Global sales of electric coffee pots reached 79 million units in 2025, with an average price of $53 per unit.

An electric coffee pot is a home/small commercial coffee brewing device that uses electricity as a heat source to automatically complete the three steps of "heating-extraction-keeping". A typical structure includes a water tank, heating element, coffee basket (filter), and glass/stainless steel pot. Based on extraction methods, they are divided into drip, pressure (mocha), capsule, and fully automatic espresso machines, with power ranging from 550–1200 W and a capacity of 0.4–1.5 L (approximately 4–12 cups) per batch.

The raw materials for electric coffee makers mainly consist of three parts: metal, plastic, and electronic components. The outer shell and inner liner are mostly made of food-grade 304 stainless steel or high-temperature resistant ABS/PC plastic, while the transparent parts of the pot body are made of borosilicate glass or PCTG copolyester. The heating element is a die-cast aluminum heating plate, coated with food-grade ceramic oil or Teflon, and includes a thermostat, NTC sensor, power cord, and control PCB.

Cost structure: Metal (stainless steel, aluminum) and plastic together account for 45-50% of the ex-factory price, with the die-cast aluminum heating plate + thermostat accounting for approximately 30% of the raw material cost; motor/pump, circuit board, and wiring harness account for 15%; injection molding, stamping, surface treatment, and labor account for 10%; packaging, transportation, and testing account for 5%; and brand channels and profit account for 15-20%.
