Scope of the Report
Aircraft hydraulic shock absorbers are one of the important components of the aircraft landing gear system. They are used to reduce the impact and vibration of the aircraft during ground travel and take-off and landing, improve passenger comfort and protect the aircraft structure. Hydraulic shock absorbers absorb and disperse energy through hydraulic dampers, allowing the aircraft to smoothly contact the ground during takeoff and landing and alleviate the impact during takeoff and landing. The main components of hydraulic shock absorbers include hydraulic cylinders, damping valves, air chambers and hydraulic oil. The working principle of hydraulic shock absorbers is to use the interaction between compressed gas and hydraulic oil to control the flow of oil through a damping valve, thereby producing a damping effect. When an aircraft is impacted, hydraulic shock absorbers compress the air chamber and hydraulic oil to absorb and disperse energy, reducing the impact felt by the aircraft and passengers. Hydraulic shock absorber designs and specifications vary depending on the aircraft model, size and purpose. Large commercial aircraft usually use complex gas-hydraulic composite shock absorbers, while smaller aircraft may use simple spring-hydraulic shock absorbers. Different models of hydraulic shock absorbers need to undergo rigorous testing and certification to ensure that they can work reliably under various conditions.
Global key Aircraft Hydraulic Shock Absorbers players cover ACME Aero, Airframes Alaska, Hutchinson Aerospace, Beringer Aero, Sitec Aerospace, etc.
