概観

Scope of the Report

Wafe rubber-lined butterfly valve is a butterfly valve product with rubber lining. It has the advantages of simple structure, light weight, easy operation and good sealing performance. This valve is usually used to control the flow of media in pipelines and is suitable for pipeline systems of various corrosive and non-corrosive fluid media.

The valve body of the wafer-type rubber-lined butterfly valve is usually welded or cast with steel plates, and its interior is lined with rubber materials to achieve sealing of the medium. The butterfly plate is made of lightweight materials such as aluminum alloy, stainless steel, etc., and is attached with a rubber sealing surface. During operation, the butterfly plate rotates to open and close the valve.

The design of the rubber lining makes the wafer-type rubber-lined butterfly valve have excellent corrosion resistance and sealing performance. It can adapt to pipeline systems of various corrosive media, such as corrosive liquids such as acids, alkalis, and salts. At the same time, the rubber lining can also reduce the scouring and wear of the valve by the medium and extend the service life of the valve.

The installation method of the wafer-type rubber-lined butterfly valve is also very convenient. It usually adopts a clamp connection method, that is, the valve is installed between two pipe flanges and fastened by bolts and nuts. This installation method not only simplifies the installation process, but also improves the reliability and stability of the valve.

In addition, the wafer-type rubber-lined butterfly valve also has the function of regulating flow. By adjusting the rotation angle of the butterfly plate, the flow rate of the medium in the pipeline can be controlled. This makes the wafer-type rubber-lined butterfly valve have a wide range of application value in some occasions where flow regulation is required.

Global key Wafer Rubber Lined Butterfly Valve players cover Wouter Witzel, Duyar, 4Matic Valves, Shipham Valves, WTV Flow Control, etc.
