개요
Scope of the Report
Piezoelectric actuators are micro-displacement actuators made using the inverse piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric materials. They have the characteristics of fast response speed, high control accuracy, high output torque density, and low operating noise. They are widely used in precision positioning, motors, and vibration suppression. At the same time, because the performance of piezoelectric actuators is not sensitive to size, in the small size range (mm to cm), compared with traditional electromagnetic actuators, they have relatively high power density, large driving force, and relatively high efficiency.
Since the output displacement of piezoelectric ceramic actuators based on single-chip piezoelectric ceramic chips is relatively small, a certain process is often used to stack multiple piezoelectric ceramic chips and electrodes to form a piezoelectric stack actuator to increase the output displacement.
In terms of consumption, Europe is currently the world's largest consumer market, with a market revenue share of 28%, followed by North America and China, accounting for 24% and 17% respectively.
From the production side, North America, Europe and Japan are three important production regions, accounting for 22%, 38% and 31% of the market share in 2023 respectively.
Piezoelectric stack actuators are divided into high-voltage actuators and low-voltage actuators. From the perspective of product type, high-voltage actuators occupy an important position. At the same time, in terms of application, the revenue share of industry and manufacturing is about 39%.
From the perspective of manufacturers, the core manufacturers of piezoelectric stack actuators worldwide mainly include TDK, Murata, KEMET, CTS, Taiyo Yuden and Physik Instrumente (PI) Group. The TOP5 account for a total of 69% of the revenue share.
Piezoelectric stack actuators are widely used in precision positioning, motor drive, vibration suppression, fuel injection control, suspension system adjustment and other fields. With the continuous development of these fields, the demand for piezoelectric stack actuators is also increasing. Especially in industries such as automobiles, industrial automation, and consumer electronics, piezoelectric stack actuators have become an indispensable key component. At present, a new round of global scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation is booming. The integration of automobiles and related technologies in energy, transportation, information and communication fields is accelerating. Electrification, networking and intelligence have become the development trend and trend of the automobile industry. New energy vehicles integrate new energy, new materials, the Internet, big data, artificial intelligence and other transformative technologies, promote the transformation of automobiles from simple transportation tools to mobile intelligent terminals, energy storage units and digital spaces, drive the transformation and upgrading of energy, transportation, information and communication infrastructure, promote the optimization of energy consumption structure, and improve the level of intelligent transportation system and urban operation. It is of great significance to build a clean and beautiful world and build a community with a shared future for mankind. In recent years, the world's major automobile powers have strengthened strategic planning and policy support, multinational automobile companies have increased R&D investment and improved industrial layout, and new energy vehicles have become the main direction of the transformation and development of the global automobile industry and an important engine for promoting the sustained growth of the world economy.
