Overzicht

Scope of the Report

Negative pressure helium detector is a device used to test the sealing performance of lithium-ion batteries. Compared with positive pressure helium detectors, negative pressure helium detectors use a negative pressure environment for detection, that is, helium gas detection is carried out in a certain vacuum environment. The working principle of a negative pressure helium detector is to immerse a lithium-ion battery in helium gas in a negative pressure environment, and determine the sealing performance of the battery by detecting the leakage of helium gas. When there is a leak or defect in the battery, helium gas will penetrate into the interior of the battery, and the leakage point can be quickly detected and located through detection equipment. The advantage of negative pressure helium detectors is that they can detect smaller leaks. For applications with higher sealing requirements for lithium-ion batteries, such as new energy vehicles, aerospace, and other fields, negative pressure helium detectors can provide more accurate and reliable detection results. It should be noted that the negative pressure helium detector needs to maintain a certain vacuum environment during use, so the operation and maintenance requirements of the equipment are relatively high, and the equipment cost is also high.

Global key Negative Pressure Helium Detector players cover Arbin Instruments, Chroma Systems Solutions, Inc., Digatron Power Electronics GmbH, Elanda-Technologies, FUTURE-TECH CORP., etc.
