Overzicht

Scope of the Report

The global Reactor Coolant Pump and Piping market size is predicted to grow from US$ 3,560 million in 2025 to US$ 4,643 million in 2032; it is expected to grow at a CAGR of 3.9% from 2026 to 2032.

This report mainly studies the reactor coolant pump and piping market. A reactor coolant pump is a pump used to drive the coolant to circulate in the reactor coolant system (RCP) in the primary loop system of the nuclear island. It is located in the heart of the nuclear island. Its main function is to pump hot water into the evaporator to convert heat energy. It is a key device for controlling water circulation in nuclear power operation. Each steam generator is usually equipped with a reactor coolant pump. A reactor coolant piping is a pipeline connecting the main equipment of the reactor primary coolant system, which consists of straight pipe sections, elbows and pipes. The reactor coolant piping between the reactor and the steam generator is called the hot section, the pipeline between the steam generator and the reactor coolant pump is called the transition section, and the pipeline between the reactor coolant pump and the reactor is called the cold section. The function of the reactor coolant pump and piping is to transport the reactor coolant driven by the reactor coolant pump to form a forced circulation between the reactor and the steam generator. Both reactor coolant pumps and reactor coolant piping are vital components of nuclear power plants, and they play an irreplaceable role in the operation and safety of nuclear power plants.

Global key Reactor Coolant Pump and Piping players cover Westinghouse Electric, JSW, Siemens-KWU, Framatome, KSB, etc.
