Scope of the Report

The global Automotive Gas Analyzer market size is predicted to grow from US$ 395 million in 2025 to US$ 646 million in 2032; it is expected to grow at a CAGR of 7.4% from 2026 to 2032.

An automotive gas analyzer is a diagnostic tool used to measure the concentration of various gasesemitted by an internal combustion engine to ensure that it meets emission standards and gives the bestpossible output. These products have been very pivotal for automotive service shops and environmentmonitoring. They detect the concentration levels of carbon monoxide (CO), carbon dioxide (C0)hydrocarbons (HC), and even nitrogen oxides (NOx) in an exhaust gas, Automotive gas analyzers areutilized in diagnosing problems in engines, for engine tuning and its improvement in fuel efficiency, andapplied to ensure that vehicles comply with set standards of emission. There are a number of technologies with varying advantages when used in automotive gas analyzers. NDlRis a technology applied to measure gas concentrations through detection of the absorption of infraredlight by the specific gas molecules. The method is quite efficient when sensing gases, such as CO2 and CO.NDUV measures the absorption of ultraviolet light by the gas molecules. Catalytic sensors measurecombustible gases like hydrocarbons by catalytically oxidizing them and detecting the heat changeresulting from such oxidation. Electrochemical sensors have electrochemical reactions, which enablesensitive and selective measurements of specific gases such as CO and NOx.

Global key Automotive Gas Analyzer players cover Teledyne, ABB, Honeywell, Enotec, Fuji Electric, etc.
