Overzicht

Scope of the Report

A microfocus X-ray Tube is a monopole X-ray tube made of all metal. Compared with conventional X-ray tubes, the sample can be placed very close to the focus, directly obtaining a high geometric magnification. The focus size of the microfocus source is smaller, reaching the micron level. At high geometric magnification, the image geometric unsharpness is reduced to a very low level to achieve a resolution of up to the micron level.

High-power microfocus X-ray tubes are designed for applications where high power, flux density and focus size are very important.

Global key High Power Microfocus X-ray Tube players cover Oxford Instruments, Hamamatsu Photonics, Nikon, Bruker, Excillum, etc.
