Visão geral

Scope of the Report

The global Low Melt Binder Fibers market size is predicted to grow from US$ 1,879 million in 2025 to US$ 3,190 million in 2032; it is expected to grow at a CAGR of 7.9% from 2026 to 2032.

In 2024,global low melt binder fibers production reached approximately 768,448 ton, with an average global market price of around USD 2,500 per ton. A factory gross profit of USD 575 per ton with 23% gross margin. A single line full machine capacity production is around 18,000 ton per line per year. downstream demand is concentrated in nonwoven & industrial textile, automotive interior, construction and furniture. low-melt binder fibers are widely used in vehicle floor carpet systems to mproves noise insulation, reduces overall vehicle weight, and eliminates solvent-based adhesives. Low-melt binder fibers (LMF) are specialized, often bico-polyester fibers engineered with a significantly lower melting point (typically 110°C–200°C) than conventional fibers. They function as thermal bonding agents in non-woven fabrics, melting to fuse other fibers together without adhesives, offering high, durable bonding, recyclability, and easy processing.

Global key Low Melt Binder Fibers players cover Huvis Corporation, Toray Industries, Teijin Frontier, Indorama Ventures, Kolon Industries, etc.
