Visão geral

Scope of the Report

The global Constrained Layer Damping Tiles market size is predicted to grow from US$ 675 million in 2025 to US$ 1,126 million in 2032; it is expected to grow at a CAGR of 7.6% from 2026 to 2032.

In 2025,global constrained layer damping tiles production reached approximately 45,983 ton, with an average global market price of around USD 15,000 per ton. A factory gross profit of USD 4,350 per ton with 29% gross margin. A single line full machine capacity production is around 800 ton per line per year. downstream demand is concentrated in automotive, building, industrial, aerospace and marine. In a high-rise commercial tower, constrained-layer damping tiles are applied behind mechanical room panels and around elevator motor frames to reduce structure borne vibrations and audible noise transmission into occupied areas. Constrained layer damping tiles are engineered, multi layered, sandwich structured damping materials used to suppress structural vibrations and reduce noise. They consist of a viscoelastic polymer core laminated between a rigid constraining layer (often metal) and the vibrating surface, converting shear deformation from vibrations into low-level heat energy.

Global key Constrained Layer Damping Tiles players cover 3M Company, Trelleborg AB, Henkel AG & Co. KGaA, Nitto Denko Corporation, Hutchinson SA, etc.
