Visão geral

Scope of the Report

Low temperature soybean meal products refer to soybean products processed through low-temperature processing technology. The low temperature soybean meal refers to edible soybean meal that has undergone low temperature or flash evaporation desolvation treatment after soybean oil extraction, with less protein denaturation and higher water-soluble protein content. During the low temperature processing, heat input is minimized to maintain the nutritional content and flavor of the bean raw materials.

The low temperature desolvation technology refers to the process of removing the solvent from the wet meal after leaching at a lower temperature, in a shorter time, and under certain vacuum conditions and reaching the specified indicators. Its characteristics are to minimize the degree of protein denaturation, improve protein quality, and provide high-quality raw materials for the production of new soy protein products such as soy protein isolate. The low-temperature soybean meal product retains the nutritional content of the bean raw material, maintains the natural flavor of the bean raw material, and is easier to digest and absorb. It not only adds rich nutritional value to the product, but also provides a unique taste and flavor for the food.
