Visão geral

Scope of the Report

Lead telluride target is a key material used in semiconductor thin film preparation technologies such as physical vapor deposition (PVD) and magnetron sputtering (sputtering). It is usually made of high-purity lead telluride (PbTe) material, which has good thermoelectric properties and chemical stability. In preparation technologies such as PVD and sputtering, the lead telluride target is placed in a vacuum chamber, and then the atoms on its surface are released by ion bombardment or thermal evaporation, and deposited on the surface of the semiconductor wafer to form the desired film structure. Due to the excellent thermoelectric properties of lead telluride, lead telluride targets have been widely used in the manufacture of semiconductor devices, such as for the preparation of thermoelectric materials, photodetectors, etc.

Global key Lead Telluride Target Material players cover Alfa Aesar, American Elements, ESPI Metals, Goodfellow, LTS Research Laboratories, etc.
