Scope of the Report

A double-sided toothed synchronous belt is a synchronous transmission belt with toothed sides on both sides, usually used to transmit power and motion. Different from ordinary synchronous belts, double-sided synchronous belts have synchronous tooth surfaces on both sides, which can transmit power to two adjacent shafts at the same time or be used in multi-shaft transmission. The structure of the double-sided synchronous belt usually consists of two parallel and identical synchronous tooth surfaces. These two synchronous tooth surfaces can be fitted with the synchronous gears on the adjacent shafts respectively, so as to realize the power transmission between the shafts. The belt body is usually made of high-strength polymer materials, such as polyurethane, neoprene, etc., which have good wear resistance and durability. The advantages of double-sided synchronous belts include high transmission efficiency, low noise, long life, and high transmission precision. Due to its tooth surfaces on both sides, it can transmit power more flexibly in multi-shaft transmission and realize reverse transmission. Double-sided synchronous belts are widely used in occasions that require high-precision transmission and multi-axis transmission, such as machining equipment, automated production lines, printing equipment, textile machinery, etc.

Global key Double-Sided Tooth Timing Belt players cover Continental Group, Bando Chemical Industries, Optibelt, Mitsuboshi, TYMA CZ, sro, etc.
