Scope of the Report

Engine Exhaust Treatment Fluid is a liquid used to treat emissions from the exhaust of internal combustion engines. This liquid is usually used in the exhaust treatment systems of diesel engines and some gasoline engines to reduce the amount of emissions and improve the environmental performance of exhaust emissions. The most common exhaust gas treatment fluid is a urea aqueous solution, often called urea SCR solution or urea exhaust gas treatment fluid.

Based on its working principle, diesel engines have higher fuel efficiency than gasoline engines, and their HC, CO, and CO2 emissions are lower than gasoline vehicles; however, diesel vehicles emit NOx (nitrogen oxides) and PM (particulate matter) much higher than Gasoline cars. At present, "SCR selective catalytic reduction technology" is commonly used internationally for exhaust gas treatment to control the emission of harmful substances from diesel engines. That is, compressed air is used to inject urea solution into the hot engine exhaust gas. The urea solution is vaporized to produce ammonia. Ammonia The NOx in the exhaust gas reacts in the SCR catalytic converter and is converted into harmless water vapor and N2, while absorbing harmful smoke particles.

Diesel exhaust treatment fluid is a consumable that must be used in SCR technology. The SCR system has become a suitable product for diesel vehicle after-treatment since the National IV stage. SCR in the National IV and National V stages has become the mainstream for light and heavy diesel vehicle exhaust after-treatment. In terms of technology, the SCR penetration rate of heavy commercial vehicles has increased rapidly. Driven by this, the industry market size has grown rapidly and the industry market size has expanded significantly.
