Scope of the Report

The electric back door controller is a device used to control the back door of a car, it can realize the automatic opening and closing of the back door, and improve the convenience and safety of the car. The structure of the electric back door controller is generally composed of a controller body and one or more sensors. Its working principle is to judge the current status by receiving signals from the sensors, such as remote controllers, foot sensors, and buttons in the car. Switch commands, and then send corresponding control commands to the back door through the controller body to drive the motor or hydraulic cylinder of the back door, so as to realize the opening and closing of the back door. The electric back door controller has many functions, such as: intelligent identification control: the electric back door controller can realize different opening and closing methods according to different switch commands, such as long press, short press, double click, etc., such as Fully open, half open, stop, etc. Anti-pinch protection control: The electric back door controller can detect through the sensor whether there is an obstacle or a human body during the operation of the back door. If there is, it will automatically stop or run in reverse to prevent pinch accidents. Memory height control: The electric back door controller can memorize and set the maximum opening height of the back door according to the user"s habits and needs, so as to adapt to different parking scenes and usage occasions.
