Visão geral

Scope of the Report

The global Microfiber Wiper market size is predicted to grow from US$ 1,102 million in 2025 to US$ 1,646 million in 2032; it is expected to grow at a CAGR of 6.0% from 2026 to 2032.

Microfiber Wiper is a high-performance wiping material made mainly from ultra-fine polyester or polyester/nylon composite fibers with a single fiber fineness much smaller than ordinary polyester (usually 0.1 dtex or even lower), through fine knitting or weaving processes, combined with ultrasonic or laser edge sealing, multiple pure water or ultra pure water cleaning and clean packaging. Compared with ordinary polyester dust-free cloth, it has stronger liquid absorption, larger specific surface area, better cleaning ability and lower particle residue, suitable for scenes that are extremely sensitive to particles, ions and surface scratches, such as semiconductor lithography areas, precision optical components, hard disk heads, and high-end display modules. In 2024, global Microfiber Wiper production reached approximately 79.84 K MT, with an average global market price of around US$ 13,236 per MT.

A mature mass production line for ultra-fine fiber dust-free cloth has an annual production capacity of approximately 800 tons. In the product structure dominated by high cleanliness scenarios such as semiconductors, panels, and precision electronics, the comprehensive gross profit margin is usually in the range of 28% -32%, and 30% can be used as an estimated value in engineering. The upstream mainly includes ultra-fine polyester or polyester/nylon composite filament, high-purity additives and cleaning chemicals, packaging materials, as well as knitting/weaving equipment, ultrasonic or laser edge banding machines, ultrapure water systems, and clean drying packaging lines. The midstream is woven into fabric, cut and edge banding, cleaned and dried multiple times with pure water or ultrapure water, dried, and packaged in a cleanroom of level 100/1000 to form finished products. The downstream corresponds to wafer fabs and packaging factories, TFT/OLED panel factories, hard disk and optical module manufacturing, biopharmaceutical cleanrooms, and other high-end electronic assemblies. In terms of cost structure, the cost of ultrafine fiber raw materials and chemical additives generally accounts for about 45% of the total cost (of which fibers themselves account for about 35 percentage points), weaving and cutting edge sealing save about 22%, multi-stage cleaning, drying, and clean packaging save about 18%, equipment depreciation, clean room operation energy consumption, labor and management costs account for about 15% in total. High end manufacturers support relatively higher unit prices and stable gross profit margins by improving yield, reducing particle and ion residues, and minimizing customer scrap and downtime risks.

The overall proportion of ultrafine fiber dust-free cloth is increasing, and it is developing towards high cleanliness and specialization. On the one hand, with the advancement of process wafer fabs, high-resolution display panels Mini/Micro LED、 The requirements for surface cleanliness and scratch control in industries such as automotive electronics and precision optics are constantly increasing. Downstream industries are gradually shifting from ordinary polyester dust-free cloth to ultrafine fiber products with better liquid absorption and lower residue. The penetration rate of high-end production lines and key process areas continues to rise; On the other hand, the market competition is no longer just about the price war of general specifications, but around the special wiping cloth that "optimizes for specific process formulas". For example, for different chemical systems such as photoresist, solvent, developer, polishing paste, etc., more matching cloth surface structure and cleaning process are developed. At the same time, the demand for regional capacity transfer to Chinese Mainland and Southeast Asia, localized services, and one-stop clean consumables solutions is superimposed. The value proportion and technical content of ultra-fine fiber dust-free cloth in clean consumables in the future have further room for improvement.
