概述

Scope of the Report

Cold extraction is a coffee making process compared to hot extraction. It involves placing ground coffee powder directly into room temperature water, soaking it for more than 12 hours, and then filtering out the coffee liquid. Some also use a mixture of ice and water to soak the coffee powder, and then the time is even extended to 48 hours. Because the coffee produced in this way has not been subjected to high temperatures, the tannins that originally caused the "astringent" taste of the coffee will basically not dissolve, and the acidity is low, so the taste will be softer and smoother.

Global key Instant Cold-Brew Coffee players cover Nestle, Starbucks, Maxwell, Lavazza, Costa Coffee, etc.
