概述

Scope of the Report

The global Tin-based Bearing Alloys market size is predicted to grow from US$ million in 2025 to US$ million in 2032; it is expected to grow at a CAGR of %from 2026 to 2032.

Tin-based bearing alloys are also called Tin Babbitt. A bearing alloy with a long history of use. Contains 80% to 90% tin, 3% to 16% antimony, and 1.5% to 10% copper. Its organization is that the hard point β phase (solid solution based on the compound SnSb) is distributed on the soft matrix (α solid solution). Adding copper can prevent specific gravity segregation. Commonly used grades are ZchSnSbl2-4-10, ZchSnSb11-6, ZchSnSb8-4, etc. This type of alloy has a small linear expansion coefficient, good thermal conductivity, process performance and corrosion resistance. It is prepared by melting method and processed by pressure. Mainly used as high-speed bearings on machinery such as automobiles, tractors, and steam turbines.

Global key Tin-based Bearing Alloys players cover Belmont Metals, Canada Metal, AIM, Kapp Alloy & Wire, metaconcept, etc.
