Overview

Scope of the Report

Cold core process core shooter is a kind of equipment used to manufacture core parts in castings. Cores are parts used in the casting process to form internal cavities or complex shapes, usually made of sand cores. Cold core process The core shooter adopts the cold core process, which is a commonly used waterless core preparation process. The process utilizes a special chemical reaction to cure the core sand without the need for heat. The specific process is as follows: 1. Sand mixing: the core sand is mixed with the curing agent to form a curing agent and coat the surface of the sand grains. 2. Core shooting: Put the mixed core sand into the cold core shooting machine, and inject the core sand into the mold through the action of pressure and air flow to form the required core shape.3. Curing: After the core shooting is completed, a special gas (usually dimethyl diisocyanate) is sprayed to trigger a chemical reaction, so that the core sand is quickly cured. 4. Demolding: The cured core can be removed from the mold for the casting process. The cold core technology core shooter has the following advantages: 1. High precision: The cold core technology core shooter can produce core parts with precise dimensions and complex shapes, which can meet the requirements of high precision casting. 2. High efficiency: The cold core process core shooter has the ability of rapid core shooting and curing, which can improve production efficiency. 3. Environmental protection: The cold core process does not require heating, which reduces energy consumption and environmental pollution. Cold core technology core shooter is widely used in the casting production of automobile, aerospace, machinery manufacturing and other industries. It can produce high-quality core parts and improve the performance and reliability of products.

Global key Cold Core Process Core Shooter players cover G.S.Machineries, KLANN Anlagentechnik, Fiss Machines, Suzhou Foundry Machinery Co., Ltd, Castx Foundry Machines Private Limited, etc.
