Overview

Scope of the Report

The global Digital Quick Printing Machine market size is predicted to grow from US$ 1,322 million in 2025 to US$ 1,659 million in 2032; it is expected to grow at a CAGR of 3.4% from 2026 to 2032.

Digital quick printing machine is a new type of printing equipment that uses the prepress system to directly transmit graphic information to the digital printing machine through the network to print color prints. The digital quick printing system is mainly composed of the prepress system and the digital quick printing machine. The prepress system is responsible for receiving, processing and transmitting graphic information, while the digital quick printing machine is responsible for printing this information on the substrate. Some digital quick printing systems are also equipped with binding and cutting equipment to provide one-stop printing services. The working principle of the digital quick printing machine is to output the original (digital information of graphic information) or digital information of digital media, or network digital files received from the network system to the computer. After being creative, modified, and arranged on the computer to become digital information that satisfies the customer, this information will be processed by RIP (Raster Image Processor) to become the corresponding monochrome pixel digital signal and transmitted to the laser controller. The laser controller emits the corresponding laser beam to scan the printing roller. The printing roller (printless plate) made of photosensitive material forms a graphic that can absorb ink or toner after being exposed to light, and then transferred to paper and other substrates.

Global key Digital Quick Printing Machine players cover HP, Canon, Epson, Fuji Xerox, Ricoh, etc.
